The secret of this rose Champagne has been handed down from generation to generation as Billecart is one of the only Champagne houses left in France to still be family run.
On appearance, it is a pale, bright pink colour with warm glints of the gold and very delicate slow rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse. The aroma is elegant with a delicate bouquet of fine notes of red and citrus fruits. On the palate this cuvee gives a light and elegant flavour that is followed by a fresh finish with the taste of raspberry.
