The evening’s menu was inspired by sherry pairings. A flight of either sherry or table wine will be available for a supplement on the night.

Paired with Fino Sherry or Brut Nature Cava

Jamon and Pecans with Torched Lettuce in an Anchovy and Pine Nut Dressing

Paired with Amontillado Sherry or White Rioja

Wild Mushroom rice with Smoked Venison and Grill Eggs

Paired with Oloroso Sherry or Ribera del Duero

Blue Cheese Croquettes with Quince Caramel and Peanuts

Paired with Cream Sherry or Garnacha del Almansa
